DELIVERY INFORMATION

Order Processing

We currently process and despatch orders Monday to Friday (Bank Holidays excluded). If your order is placed on a Bank Holiday the order will not be processed until the Next Working Day. Saturday and Sunday are not considered as Working Days, therefore if you wish to receive your order on either of these days, you will need to choose a day specific delivery option. For all orders placed Monday – Friday, your order must be placed before 5pm to be despatched same day.

Customised orders must be placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday for same day despatch, any orders placed after 5pm or on a weekend or Bank Holiday requiring customisation will not be processed until the Next Working Day.

Where is my Order?

UK Mainland Delivery

  • For orders below £50.00 we offer Standard Delivery (3-5 days) from £3.99.

UK Non-Mainland and Scottish Highland Delivery

  • For orders below £50.00 we offer Standard Delivery (3-5 days) from £2.99.
    •   We offer a DPD Two-Day service, price varies depending on location, you can see this in your basket.
    •   Please note that our DHL Next Working Day services are only available up to 4pm. Any order placed after this time will be delivered the following Working Day.

Missing Parcels

Please note in the extremely rare case that a parcel is lost, we are unable to cancel or replace the goods until our couriers have completed their investigation (usually within 48 hours).

Bank Holidays

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not considered as Working Days. We despatch orders 7 days a week and offer a range of weekend delivery options that can be found in the basket. No orders will be processed, despatched or delivered on Bank Holidays.
